Yes. SuperCOI is free for residents.
Your time slot is reserved for 48 hours so you can upload the documents from your contractor or mover. You will get email reminders to keep you on track. If your reservation expires, you will need to submit a new request.
Many times you have already paid these fees upon the execution of your sale or lease. If you had to fill out an application on a site like domecile or fsresidential, you may have already paid these fees.
You will get email notifications with status updates. In case your documents need corrections, you will receive an email with instructions to correct the documents. You can re-upload files into your request directly.
